Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should cook? I’m researching ‘anemia’ for school and have to find a recipe and then make alternations, so that it is suitable for an anemic to eat. Something that is doesn’t take too long and is easy to make?

Anything is ‘suitable’ for an anemic person, but what they should eat should contain lots of iron. Spinach is a good source, so are collard greens, beets, beans and lentils, clams, mussels and oysters. Shrimp is good too.
