Can you make like a warm up exercise routine? because i stretch a little bit, but nice and flexible, but still when i do this kind of exercise my hips start to hurt like i get cramps.

how is she supposed to make money from this? good exercises but can’t I just bring my I-pad to the gym and watch it from there. I don’t get it. good stuff and they would make an extremely fit and attractive couple!:)
