Ive tried diets before but all they do is just make me more hungry, but when i do exercise, my muscles get sore. I try to continue the next day, but it just hurts too much. Any advice?
About the muscle soreness. You don’t work the same muscle 2 days in a row. Allow 1-2 days in between.
"But how can I workout 4-6 days a week then?"
Work different body parts each day.
For example. I work legs one day, then chest and triceps another day and a third day I work my back and biceps.
I do cardio on the days I don’t lift and do abs everyday.
However, the muscle soreness gets less intense as you work your muscles more. Make sure to stretch before and after every workout and eat enough protein.
Keep working out for about 2-3 weeks and your muscles won’t get nearly as sore. In fact, you’ll hardly notice it at all.
But as for your original question: Can you get a flat stomache with no diet and excercise….
Can you get fat without eating?
No.

No pain, no gain.

1. Drink more water– divide your weight in pounds by 2 and that’s how many ounces to drink per day. (Example: 150 lbs: 150/2=75 oz per day) this is the minimum, more is better.
2. Eliminate as many processed foods as possible and replace them with fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats. The less processed foods, the more success you’ll see.
3. Eat the proper amount of food, my preferred calculation is the Harris Benedict Equation (Google will give you a dozen calculators for it)
4. Exercise for 60-90 min 4-6x per week. Cardio is the biggest fat burner so anything that gets your heart rate up will do, but find something you enjoy because you’re more likely to stick to it. Then, as you start losing weight, you can add strength training to your routine to build and tone muscle on your new leaner body.
If you’re sore after your first workout, wait a day or two before you workout again, and give your body a chance to heal. But soreness is a GOOD thing– that’s how you know your exercise is working and you’re getting stronger.
Good luck!

no. You have to "diet" & exercise to loose fat. You don’t have to vigorously exercise every single day. Take 30 minute walks, play a sport, or dance. Do some type of activity for AT LEAST 30 minutes a day.

start off small and work your way up with the exercises. To avoid being sore, do stretches before and after workouts. A lot of times you become sore because when you workout, blood rushes into your muscles, and then when you stop the blood gets stuck there. If you do cooling off exercised (which are just more stretches) the blood gets let out
