I need a complete eating program for all meals during day. The more detail the better. I would like to gain 10-15 pounds as soon as possible the healthy way, I am 30 years old 5’8 and currently 165 pounds.
While cardio is good for you, it burns more calories than weight training, so you want to cut down on the running. Increasing your sets and decreasing reps when you weight train is ideal.
