What’s wrong with starting your healthy eating program first? It’s not good for your body to lose and regain weight. Switch to a healthy diet incorporating lean proteins, fruits and vegs, and whole grains and start an exercise plan. Even small changes can add up to significant weight loss.

umm if you go 2 weeks without food, youre insane, you are perfect the way you are. if you must do something to lose weight, start slowly, get used to a program thats right for you

Make sure you are getting proper nutrition. 2 Weeks is a little long to be on a liquid diet. You could be dieting your way to medical treatment. Do the research and be safe.
