it works a normal person was tested and yes its unhealthy but works! If u do it and go bak 2 normal eating healthy and not over eat u will stay slim just do regula exercies.

The problem with that theory is this – if you deprive yourself of regular meals you are more prone to binging. Also, without making healthy long term lifestyle changes in eating and exercise management, the weight will return and perhaps with an additional pound or two
