I will be starting the program soon. I am already starting to eat healthier but I have a serious thirst and I’m getting tired of water. Do you have any suggestions on what I can drink?? Thank you so much.
stick with water – most anything else will have sugar in it which will screw with insulin and prevent your body from burning fat.

ya when you first start trying to go healthy your body isnt used to the tastes so you think its bad. but water is really what you should drink maybe 8 oz of orange juice in the morning, and try to atleast drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of water each day
