When it comes to a healthy life style I’d say there are three major things to consider, eating healthy; like watching your carbs, eating your 5 times a day meal routine. Exercising in order to prevent your body from becoming weak, for exercise you may join team sport, do outdoor activities. The third thing to consider would be reclaiming relaxation, learn what causes it, the effects it has towards your health when leaving with stress, and how to deal with it.
Consider the following when it comes to what you eat “All you have to run on is what you put in your mouth. The quality of your fuel and, therefore the quality of your performance depends totally on what you eat and drink. It is essential, then, to learn the best possible fueling strategy for the best and longest- lasting performance.” If your daily activity is eating fatty foods your most likely to have very low energy for performing your daily activities, you may feel tired all the time, difficulty concentrating, and many other symptoms for not eating properly. Concentrate in the following and avoid them “foods high in fat, cholesterol, salt, sugar, and alcohol. They will cause obesity, clog your arteries, and raise your blood pressure.” Try to eat foods low in fat, cholesterol, salt, sugar, and alcohol. They will improve your looks, benefit your health, and improve your mind. When you eat healthy foods, such as; vegetables, grains, plenty of water, dairy products and anything else on the food pyramid. If you are craving sweets grab yourself a fruit whether it be a banana, apple, orange, or any fruit available to you instead of going for any chocolate, donut or anything that has unhealthy sugar. Sugary products don’t provide the necessary fuel that your body needs for the healthy life style you’re looking for.
As you may have heard many experts recommend that you eat 5-6 small meals a day, why? You may ask. “When you eat 2-3 big meals a day you overwhelm your metabolic system. Not eating for more than 4-5 hours at a time slows the metabolism and your body begins to think it is starving. Food gets digested slowly and more fat is stored as an energy source “just in case” no new food comes through for a while.” “When you eat smaller portions and more frequent meals through out the day is beneficial for a healthy digestive system, weight loss and having more energy.” When talking about a small portioned meal would be a portion of cottage cheese mixed with a portion of fruit or yogurt. If you have not time you can always replace your meal with a meal replacement shake, which come in both powder and ready to drink form. If your follow these steps mentioned when it comes to your eating habits you will surely notice an increase, in energy, mind focus, weight, body shape and much more. Yes, I won’t lie it may be difficult at first but once you got it the results are breath taking.
Second when trying to lead a healthy life styles the next thing to consider and follow through is exercise. “We all unconsciously know that exercise is good for us it is fair to say that everyone wants o be healthy. At the same time, it is probably equally fair to say that most of us are not exercising enough.” It’s also said that people who are physically active live longer, since exercise helps the body maintain fit, strong and healthy to fight of illnesses. Cardiovascular disease is prevented by exercise, as well as heart disease since it lowers blood pressure. Also “The University of Illinois researches have found that Physical activity may enhance the academic achievements of children by improving their attention and working memory skills.” Many positive effects come from exercise in can produce new brain cells that can help with memory function and learning, keeps your weight in control, it prevents and controls type 2 diabetes, and much more.
