I need a entire meal choice and i am home schooled so i don’t have to have a quick bit and go. I need an entire meal plan. Like say, for instance, and orange and juice for monday, healthy cereal for tuesday etc. Thanks in advance.
Monday – OJ, cheerios (multigrain), milk
Tuesday – Cranberry Juice (CJ), 2 scrambled eggs, 2 multigrain or whole wheat toast
Wednesday OJ, whole wheat pancakes & syrup
Thursday – CJ, 2 hard-boiled eggs and toast
Friday – oj, toast with bacon on top & cheese sauce
Sat & Sun – someone else can cook for you???

I had an egg white omelet with feta cheese and tomatoes and a cup of yogurt for breakfast this morning. I don’t know if that’s along the lines of what you’re looking for but it was tasty and made me feel great!

I usually have 4 eggs scrambled on 2 peices of wholemeal toast, weetabix, porridge and fruit. its healthy and tastes amazing too.
