I’m getting back into shape and need to find a good meal plan for my target calorie count (1800) which includes many different options for each meal. Are there any good websites or places I can do this at? I’m willing to pay some money to have the meal plans created as well if that’s the only way to find good ones.
lol this is why the USA is fat ever one things you need to look at Calorie’s to stay in shape well that’s all a bunch of BS you can eat way more then 1800 and you should you should eat to about 4-5 meals a day 2 of those meals as just snakes like a proten bar Just something to fill you up you sould from 2000-3000 Calorie ‘s a day to there are just things you cant eat like mayonnaise butter never eat butter no pasta and all dairy but skin milk the body was not ment to store food so when you dont eat a lot the body eats muscle not fat the way that your body starts burning food like crazy is when you eat a lot they body gets use to you eating 4-5 times a day so its knows it can keep useing it all right then and there but if you eat like once ever 4-6 hours the body will get food and know it wont get any more for 4-6 more hours so it holds on to it and the body is not meant to do that.
How can I find a Calorie meal plan?

I don’t know of any…But what you could do is go on Calorie king.com
Think up some average meals you have and check out the nutritional facts + calories. Or just add em all up at the end of your day.
