I’m leaving for college and will be living in a dorm, with a meal plan that covers 14 meals each week. I am wondering how much I can expect to spend on everyday things like shampoo toothpaste etc and the occasional movie. I’d like to know the average of what someone in a similar situation spends each month so that I can budget.
When I had a meal plan I spent maybe $40-60 a month.
