I was just put on a meal to help me reach my goal weight of 130 and i feel hungry still. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I am following a1400 calorie plan that was given to me by my dietician.
depends what and how often you’re eating. If you make it mostly protein (i.e. lean meats, nuts, etc.) and fruits/veggies and eat 5-6 small meals/day you will not be that hungry. This is because you aren’t spiking your sugar/energy levels by eating crap and you never get too hungry since you’re eating every few hours. It speeds up your metabolism and if you eat lots of chicken you should be able to stay ~1500 calories fairly easily.
