		<description>depends what and how often you&#039;re eating.  If you make it mostly protein (i.e. lean meats, nuts, etc.) and fruits/veggies and eat 5-6 small meals/day you will not be that hungry.  This is because you aren&#039;t spiking your sugar/energy levels by eating crap and you never get too hungry since you&#039;re eating every few hours.  It speeds up your metabolism and if you eat lots of chicken you should be able to stay ~1500 calories fairly easily.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I used to take those all the time + Many personal trainer friends, fitness buffs (male and female), and bodybuilder types.
