What is a good work out and meal plan for me?

I am 5’5 148 pounds. I need a good workout plan.. one i can do at home without weights. I need to tone my booty and thighs, and lose the love handles. **also any moves that may help the boobs! For a meal plan, something where I do not want something where i have to eat the same thing everyday. just maybe tips on what to eat instead of something.

Sounds like you don’t want to work very hard to achieve your goal. Transforming your body is not an easy thing. If it were there wouldnt be so many obese people in this country.

At your weight of 148 you should be eating 1300 calories every day to lose fat effectively. 550 calories from protein. The remaining 750 can be split amongst carbs and fats however you like. That is one option for a diet.

Another option is a low carb diet, this is the one I think does the most good.

Still eat 1300 calories.
Still eat 550 calories from protein.
But now eat 550 calories from fat.
And now eat 200 calories from carbs.

For the low carb diet, you should design your meal plan around these food sources:

Protein: eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon, white fish, turkey, whey protein powder

Fat: almonds, cashews, all natural peanut butter, avacado, extra virgin olive oil, fish oil capsules, evening primrose capsules

Carbs: only GREEN veggies.

For the FIRST diet method, you can use the same protein and fat sources I mention above but now you can use these carbs too:

fruit, veggies, oatmeal, rice, potatoes, pasta

You can have one cheat MEAL per week. Have it on the same day of every week. I like to make it the last meal of the day, this way I won’t continue cheating ALL dang day lol

The basics of weight loss are not as complicated as people make it out to be. You need to simply change your diet to healthy whole foods, fruits and veggies and get plenty of exercise.
