I am 15 years old and I am on the cross country running team at my school…the season has just started again and I have gained back a few pounds from last season… I was wondering what would be the quickest meal plan for me to drop the 5 extra pounds? (current weight 129 height 5 foot 6 inches) HELP!
if you are actively running than you should cut down on carbs. your body burns carbs for energy until it has to resort to burning fat for energy. the less carbs are in your body the faster the body will begin burning fat
