I’ve been trying all these different meal plans, but none make me thin. I want someone to give me a meal plan with minimal calorie intake. No negative comments please.
A meal plan of less than 500 calories is dangerous, and can be extremely damaging to your health. Most Doctors would recommend no less than a 1500 Calorie diet, and that’s quite miniscule.

this is highly unhealthy- bordering on malnourishment. try rice, tofu, and sauteed vegetables. Sauteed zucchini and onions with spices is delicious.
