Dan and I have been huge fans of the EpicMealTime YouTube channel for a while now. We love their videos…but unfortunately, we can’t eat bacon covered chocolate cake or any of the other food they cook.

So we decided to make a parody of Epic Meal Time…showing how we make our meals using the Zero Willpower Eating System.


This video is meant to be dramatized and funny…but this is actually how we cook every week in the Six Pack Shortcuts system! It works like this:

— Cook a week’s worth of healthy meals in advance (takes only 60 min including cleaning if you’ve got the system down)

— Just pop the meals in the microwave whenever you want a healthy meal!

The Zero Willpower system was a huge breakthrough for me because:

In partnership with FaveDiets ( ) recipe, I know I had previously made a quiche recipe video, but the video was made with older technology and the audio was harder to hear. Rather than the sausage of the original recipe, I made a pizza toppings quiche this time. The combination of the onions and peppers with the ground beef and pepperoni really go well together. I think you’ll like this recipe too.

1.5 pounds ground beef
1/2 small onion
1 red bell pepper
4 oz pepperoni, diced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
Makes 8-12 servings.

Nutrition Info Per Serving: (8 servings)
509 Calories, 42g Fat, 4.3g Carbs (0.5g Fiber) , 26.5g Protein

What is the best weight loss pills or drinks?

I need to know what is the best weight loss pills or drinks that wal-mart cvs or walgreens sell. What is the best product, fastest and cheapest. And do they really work?

I started taking Zi Xiu Tang Bee Pollen supplements last week and have lost 15 pounds in 1 week.

I haven’t started exercise yet, but am starting Monday. I cut pop out of my diet, and I’ve stopped eating when I’m halfway done and gauged how I felt, and if I was full, I stopped.

These pills are wonderful, I know of two other people losing weight with them. Good luck.

I have this questionnaire where I have to ask people about healthy eating for my cookery lesson in school. This is for people who have children. There is 4 questions for you to fill out.

Im very over weight , Obease actully , But im starting my weight loss journey and i know exersize and eating healthy is the only way to go. But im thinking about using pro clinical hydroxy cut ALONG with exersize and eating right just to boost my weight loss beacuse i have my grad comming up in june.Im not asking for any cristism about diet pills , i know they are harmful but will this help me at all?

no they won’t. stick to diet and exercise. you will be better off taking an herbal supplement to support your mood, like st johns wort, which is a natural mood enhancer to help you stay committed and working hard in good spirits. i’ve been through this before and, please believe me, the hardest part will be the mental component. you must stay focused and committed to your goal. there is not a single diet pill that i can think of that you should be considering taking. be strong

I’m looking for a good work out program/plan and possibly a healthy diet plan?

I used to go running a lot, but it’s been a couple of months. I want to get back into shape, but I don’t want to run because I don’t want my legs to gain any more muscle. I really wanna focus on my arms, butt, and abs. Also, I’m a pescatarian, but sometimes still have trouble eating healthy. A diet would be nice too. Thank you!
