How can I get free dieting and excersing stuff?

Im trying to lose weight and I want to try some dieting smoothies and stuff like that. But I seen some on the internet and that cost alot. I juat want to try some stuff for free. Please give websites and stuff.

why do raw food diets for cats contain vegetables and fruits?

I have read that cats do not need fruits and veges in their diets and they derive very little nutrition from them… Why do most organic raw food diets contain these unnecessary ingredients then?

I make my own homemade raw food (catinfo.org) and there are no vegetables or fruits.
The reason manufactures add veggies and fruits is because they are cheaper and humans think it is good.
My cats haven’t had fruits or veggies all their lives and they are healthy and happy.

What diet pills do work from your own experience?

I need to know what kind of diet pills that would actually work, I’ve been gaining a lot of weight lately. I’m 5’3 and 142 pounds. And I need a "kick start" pill to help me lose weight in my stomach, thighs, and chest. And I was wondering what one’s really work? And please do not tell me that I need to exercise and be healthy cause none of them work for me. But please help and thank you.

I’m sorry but if there was a diet pill that really worked, I think the whole world would be skinny.

try this….
EAT
-veggies/fruits
-meat (grilled)
-whole grain/wheat

DO NOT EAT
-anything with flour
-rice
-any kind of drink except for water
-anything with unnatural sugar (candy, chocolate, cake, etc.)

Exercise
-mix cardio with weight lifting (runnying, swimming, walking, etc..)

eat 6 small meals a day or if you can’t, just make sure do not eat anything after 6:30PM

exercise early in the morning if possible

I want to look into some diets that can help me lose weight but i don’t really know any.

The key to any diet is to expend more calories than you consume. So the healthiest and fastest ways of doing this are rather opposites. The fastest way would be to exercise a lot and eat nothing. The healthiest way, and recommended, would be to eat 6 healthy small meals a day and get lots of exercise. It’s a rather simple process, just a lot of effort. Best of wishes.

How can I loose stomach weight without healthy eating or exercise?

Hi, I’m 16, 5ft 1", 32 DD, 24" waist and weight 7.11stone, but yet I feel like I need more muscle on my stomach, I hate exercise and love to eat, I am really lazy so I don’t go to the gym, healthy eating is out of the option I love takeaways and virtually live off of them. By trying to avoid those options is there any other way? Or am I asking the impossible.

Yeah you are asking the impossible haha. Trust me, if you knew what ingredients were involved in the production process of your beloved fast food, you would vomit.
If the reason you don’t want to eat healthy is because you think you’ll feel hungry all the time, think again! I recommend you up your carbohydrates, and cut wayyy down on your fats. Do you have a sweet tooth? If you do, have fruit for breakfast; sweet potatoes + steamed greens for lunch; an organic form of protein (fish, grass fed beef etc.) + vegies (salad or steamed, your choice) for dinner and a cup of fruit for dessert. You can eat as much as it takes for you to feel satisfied, and I guarantee you will lose weight,your energy will be significantly improved (so you can finally hit the gym!) and your skin will be glowing. You may go through detox symptoms for the first week or so (your body getting rid of the shit in your body) but then the results will be astounding. Do not add any fats to your meals for the few weeks and I guarantee you will feel the difference.

What diet can i follow to get a body fat level under 10 percent?

Im at about 17 percent body fat and im 20 years old. I am doing interval training now and i was wondering what diet would be best to start showing abs? would a low carb diet work? or a 1500 calorie diet? or any advice from people below 10 percent what diet gets results the fastest thanks!

Hi Ethan.

Make sure that though your are getting less calories, you are also getting plenty of protein. I suggest that you eat lean meat like chicken, grass fed beef, and pastured pork. Those are food with high nutrient content but can give you plenty of protein to help you develop muscles. Also grass fed meats are rich in CLA, an essential fatty-acid that helps burn fat while increasing muscle mass.

Will i lose weight by running and eating healthy?

Okay, Im a girl, 14, 150 pounds, about 5’3, and I want to lose weight and slim down.So I eat pretty healthy. The question I have is for exercising. I am going to start the Couch to 5k running program since its the beginning of the summer and want to be slimmer for next year. So I was gonna do it 3 days a week or more. Should I lose some weight this summer?

Absolutely. In fact, once it starts, that weight will just melt away. If you start at 150 (Which is a bit much but many miles away from blubber-ville) and just lose 10lbs, you will find running easier and possibly more fun to do because of it. The more you lose, the easier running will be because you aren’t carrying all that weight.

Eating Healthy + Running (And other Cardio) are going to be your Ticket to awesomeness. Just don’t fall into the trap of trying to be Too small. Once you get down to like 115 -110, take another look at yourself and make absolutely sure you want to go lower.

Also, Remember that you are in the painfully severe land of Puberty….So your weight will fluctuate all over the place, even if you do everything right. Just stay healthy, and above all, Enjoy yourself.
