    Actually I planned …
    Actually I planned to put chicken breast on top and bake for another 30 min, but I had overestimated my appetite. So I ate the rice as it was, without meat. It was SO extremely? delicious. I love rice in all varieties, but I never had rice from the oven. I never heard a type of casserole bevore, where it was possible to use uncooked rice. Here I can do it. You gave me a great idea.
    But somehow I have the impression one of my comments was deleted… hm..
    however.. very good idea.

    Hello youtube- …
    Hello youtube-Granma…
    I tried the following:
    – 5 g of dried cepe (type of mushroom, don’t know if it is the correct translation) soaked in cold water (about 1-2 h)
    – half onion fried in 1 table spoon oil, sprinkled with ½ tea spoon of wheat flour, fried? a little longer
    – added half water from soaking the mushroom and half instant organic chicken broth (already diluted)
    – both liquids together should be double the volume of the volume of your rice

    @MissLilNova I use DietPower, which is a computer software food journal, One of? that program’s functions is a Recipe section. When I input the ingredients, the program gives me the nutritional details, including calories. If you want more details about this, see my DietHobby website for articles I’ve written there about this.

    @FragenAnsLeben Let …
    @FragenAnsLeben Let me know how it goes. This is a recipe using processed foods from many years ago while I was young when people worried more about the taste of food and ease of food preparation than they did about fats? and MSG and artificial flavors. Eating “real” food is a valid goal, however eating processed food didn’t seem to damage me or the others in my family since now we’re old and still healthy.

    Ah okay …

    @DietHobby:
    Ah okay… thank you. The problem is, some products that are common in the? US are rare in Germany. Before I run around in different supermarkets in search of cream of chicken soup canned (preferable without MSG and artificial flavours), I’d rather mix up something myself.
    I will sure try it this weekend, then lets see how I did…

    @annatharakan1612 This has always been one of my favorite dinners to make for company, because it? is pretty much fool-proof and no effort at all. I usually don’t let my guests know how VERY easy it is though. =D
