400 calories
2g fat
57g carbs (12g dietary fiber)
41g protein
You will need:
2 whole wheat sandwich rounds
1/2 cup of fat-free shredded cheese (or low-fat)
4 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tsp. stevia
Oregano
Basil
*Chicken
*Mushrooms
*Any toppings of your choice

So I just finished …
So I just finished making & eating these for myself. I gotta say it Mike, anyone who continues to doubt you or your recipes doesn’t understand to follow along or add their own preference to it like you’ve said so many times. The only difference I did was add a bit more cheese onto mine & bought cut up mushrooms. It taste just like a thin crust and by just only drinking water with it, I’m pretty much full for the day. Keep up the good work Mike and thumbs up 🙂

I like all your recipes. Have you looked into sprouted grains pizza dough. Its flourless and very healthy with complete proteins and almost gluten free. Sprouted wheat and grains are alot more digestable than unsprouted wheat and grains. Other than that great recipe and I plan on making your brownie and homemade protein bars. Keep up the good work.
