    Walk for an hour a day (or more). Eat sensibly. Remove junk food like soft drinks, cookies and chips. Skip dessert unless it is fruit. Don ‘t eat until you are full. Eat until you are no longer hungry.

    This will allow you to drop a reasonable amount of weight without risking your health.

    one of my neighboors have tried the ACV diet 2 tabls. u need 3 a day. it worked 4 them but every loses weight differently so i wouldn’t hold my breath
