How to make a pumpkin casserole without using self-rising flour? Diet recipe please?
Can you help me to get by a recipe without these ingredients;
flour
sugar
nuts
raisins
too much butter/oil
too many eggs
Also no cream of soup, nor evaporated milk, these are ingredients I can’t get by.
Also no bread nor crumbs of bread.
Cook the pumpkin in cubes or cube it after baking, doesn’t matter much which you do. Slightly under done is best here.
add to this a couple cups diced celery, carrots, onion, bell pepper, whatever you have that is bland!

put in oil misted casserole dish pour over some evaporated milk seasoned with salt and pepper, maybe a dash of clove.Top with crutons or dried bread crumbs and parmesean cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
You can use half zucchini if you want an orange/green dish to compliment fish or fowl!!
