    Just eat normal food. Beans, canned ones are good. I’d get dried, then soak them a few days and cook. Normal regular food. You don’t need to get anything special I never understand this question really. Unless you’re eating a limited diet beforehand of meat meat meat and meat, then you’re just going to be eating normal food that everybody has. Rice, beans, vegetables, pastas, noodles, fruit, nuts, all the things you’d normally eat. Whats the diff?
    Please don’t bring the word protein into this.

    astry some tasty recipes of vegetatarian items. eat more fruits and vegetable with toppings of nuts etc..moreover season with will power

    Vegetarianism and veganism are not just "diets". They’re a way of life. Just eat normal food, only with no meat or fish in it. Or any animal products, if you want to be consistent.

    1) Inform yourself of all sources of protein
    -Beans, lentils, eggs, legumes, nuts, soy, flax seeds, tofu, cheese, milk

    2) You can likely find vegetarian cookbooks at your local second-hand bookstore.
