what are good foods to eat if ur on a cheerleading diet?

I’m a cheerleader and all the cheer leaders have to go on a diet, but my coach didn’t say on what diet’ so i need to know what might be some good foods to eat while on my diet. Smoothies , Recipes for diets any thing would help!:)

I went online and looked at some great diet techniques what helped me lose a lot of weight and plus its cheap only $1 for the first workout plan .Its fully worth it No b.s or anything like that , I recomend it if you’re looking for a fun ,easy, diet plan

    Just eat 1250 Cals. and run 2 miles!

    Sweetie don’t believe you have to go on a diet just because someone tells you to!!! If you want to go on a diet you should but don’t feel obliged to! But if you really feel like you have to you should eat:

    ~fruit’s like:
    -apples
    -peaches
    -oranges

    ~Bread:
    -Whole Grain
    -Wheat

    ~Junk Food:
    occasionally

    ~Drink:
    skim milk & water [not to much soda]

    OMG! You should try "master cleanse diet". I have lost 9 pounds in just 11 days! It totally worked for me! There is a link to their website.

    What I do is eat lots of fruit and vegetable. Try not to eat carbs but i still do every once in a while. Smoothis are my down fall i love them so much, what i do is we have this health food place by our house and the have 0grams of fat and 50 calories so i get those every once in a while. Make sure i get protein, and most importantly i make sure i eat enough every day. I used to think that the less i ate the faster i’d lose weight haha i was wrong. But also exercise is the main part I try to do atleast 45 minutes of cardio twice a day then go for a run with my dog for about a half an hour in the morning. Then through out the day like if i’m watching tv i’ll do pushups or if i’m on the computer i’ll just lift small weights. Hope this helped so far i’ve lost about 25 pounds in the past month.
