Anything that will fill you up in between or in addition to your meal, when eating, just include like baby carrots or celery or both. Switch and change.
Also, try new veges or fruits to see how you like them and try changing up your diet like that gradually and it might work for your benefit. See how it works.

I really do not know about lunch or dinner, but my mom goes to her personal trainer one a week and her trainer said to eat eggs for breakfast like an egg sandwich or something, it really works to my mom lost about 5 pounds in a month, no I’m dead serious.

no pills, tose are so bad for you! Just eat normally, or have smaller portions, if you gotta have teh chips, eat one or two, but not the whole bag. Also snack on veggies, find some that you like, carrots or peas. The main point is, just eat healthy, don’t fill your body with crap

There’s an old saying… eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, and a beggar at dinner. Works for me !!! Try not to eat after 7:00 PM… that food works hard to digest while you are asleep. But go wild at breakfast. It’s a soothing way to start your day, and get you in a happy mood for your day !!! Plus, itgives you that energy to do your best that day. Don’t skimp on breakfast !!!

Just make sure you stop eating junk food and replacing it with some fruits or vegies. And when you start wanting to snack but dont want unhealthy stuff buy some orbit sugar free gum and its only 5 calories. try to cut out sugar like soda and cake and chips. You can eat chips but make sure they are baked cuz they are alot better than the greasy chips. Drink lots of water, like at least 8 glasses of water a day and run and do some cardio 30 min a day. And always follow the food pyramid!!

I cut out breads and carbs and went to a soymilk/protein shake for breakfast-(Silk is the best brand) and use ham or turkey or one of those neat new "envelopes" of tuna with lettuce and lowfat cheese and make a salad bowl at lunch then have veges and meat for dinner. Low carb veges and a lower amount of fruit too because of the carbs. Diet/lowfat yogurt is a great snack at night when you are Jonesing for icecream or something too-this actually works for me-and walking the neighborhood. Its reasonable with being a Mom and working and I’ve lost 38 lbs! I feel like MYSELF! Try some of the cut-downs and get FAR AWAY from cookies, breads, tortillas etc and you’ll do great! GOOD LUCK!
