What type of Diet procedure i need to use?

Keep a food journal, and see if any of your friends may want to diet with you. Or do you mean something medical? Either way, have someone you love/trust involved.

It really depends on what you’re trying to achieve. If you’re wanting to loose weight. Remember the story about the tortoise and the hare. If you crash and loose to much to soon, you’re going to gain it right back, and probably more with it. 1st you need to crank up your metabolism. Do something to raise your heart rate for 30 minutes before every meal. Cancel all thoughts of fast food, and drive thru’s are off limits. Eat smaller meals. If you eat breakfast at 8:00 at 10:00 have an apple then a small lunch at noon. A banana at 2:30 And dinner at 5:00. And nothing after 6:00. Don’t cancel the carbs, just make sure the carbs your getting are whole grain. The simple carbs (chips, pasta, fries, etc.) turn to sugar. And that equals more fat for you.

The best way to start a diet is understand the vocabulary. Most people "start a diet" or "go on a diet", but what you want to do is "change your diet". A "diet" is the regular choices of food and beverages consumed on a daily basis. If you want to eat healthier than you have been, then you have to "change" the choices of the foods and beverages you consume daily, and "regulate" your consumption of those choices. Eat smaller portions of foods you really enjoy. The biggest reason most people can not stick to the change in their diet is they deprive themselves of all the foods they enjoy. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables (refined carbs) for natural sugars and natural fibers. This helps to curb both your sweet craves as well as help expel all of the unneeded and unwanted "extras" from your body.

GOOD LUCK . . . It sounds like hard work, but it’s a piece of cake (light humor). If I could do it, anybody can!

If you want to spend some money…. South Beach Diet.

If not, I started to cut caffeine drinks out. No more snacking thru out the day. Eating yogart at breakfast, ham sandwiche at lunch, nice dinner meal (ex grilled chicken with brown rice). And working out about 30 minutes 4 times a week. So far I’ve lost 3 pounds in the last couple weeks of starting!

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss.
