How do diet drinks make you gain weight?

I’ve heard that diet sodas and diet soft drinks can make you gain weight. If you count calories is this true. How do they cause weight gain?

I drink 8 oz of diet coke every day.
The problem is, when I drink it, I wash down with food, that is a lot of calories.

Melting calories became a piece of cake (LOL) for me when I started utilizing acai berry. I appreciate they say that pills won’t work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on CBS News too. There is a free trial happening right now at http://hesags.authenticfitness.info , why not try it, what’s the worst that could happen?

The diet drinks don’t cause you to gain weight, but the overeating that can come with it does. Artificial sweeteners make people more hungry and they will start to overeat, which of course leads to weight gain. As long as you don’t overeat you are fine.
