If on a Celery Diet, could you take vitamin pills in order to still get your daily vitamins?

On a celery diet, your body doesn’t gain the vitamins and stuff it usually gets from other foods. So would taking some sort of multivitamin pill whilst on the diet suffice? The diet usually lasts for 14 days.

I promise you you’ll put on most the weight you lost within a week of finishing this diet. Why? Because it relies on you losing a large amount of water weight due to your low calorie intake, and once you return to a normal diet you’ll gain all that weight back on.

In 3 weeks come back to this question and vote me the best answer if I turn out to be correct, I look forward to receiving 10 points from you.

Take a multi vitamin when on any starvation diet. I would warn you tho– Any weight lost will be mostly water weight and will be put right back on. Try a diet that incorporates the 5 major food groups and use exercise to loose extra pounds and inches.

You actually need other foods for the vitamins to be effective. A lot of vitamins and minerals can not be absorb without those foods. There is simply not enough sugar in celery to keep you functioning. Believe it or not your body needs sugars from food.
You should add oatmeal/cream of wheat/grits to this crazy diet if you are going to stick with it and a vitamin c food. like lemons juiced or baby spinach. ALL three are high in fiber and wont add to any weight gain.

The most sensible way to deal with weight problems is to eliminate your sugar and fat intake.Have large green garden salads, far as meats stay away from red meats. The meats that would be good is chicken, turkey and fish.Stay away from dairy products since there high in fat and clog your arterys. And also a good portion of daily exercise will speed up your metabolism.

That is an interesting dieting issue. But have you looked into doing periodic cleanse dieting. I
have gotten great results myself and thousands of people in many countries are losing pounds
and inches with it safely. Also most people are gaining enery and feeling younger using this method.
What I like most is that you can even eat chocolate in limited quantity and still get great results.
