PRE WORKOUT SNACK:
1 SCOOP WHEY. TURKEY SANDWICH

DINNER:
1 CUP BROWN RICE. 1 CUP VEGGIES. 8 OUNCES LEAN PROTEIN.

BED TIME:
1 SCOOP WHEY
