is diet pills, exercise and eating like salads and fruit a bad way to lose weight?

Im starting a diet and basically i am planning on eating lots of salads and fruits. i want to take one diet pill every morning. And i was planning on doing 100 sit ups 100 push-ups and then do some running around the park in the late afternoon. And as I get used to the exercise do push my self to do more and more as my body and time progresses. is this a bad idea?

Why waste your money on diet pills? If you eat fruits and salads and excersize you shoould lose a ton of weight without the pills! Haha

The diet pills are a complete waste, but dieting and exercising is a good way to lose weight the more you push yourself the better. No pain no gain.

If you’re using a diet pill you’ll need more than just fruits and salads, you have to add chicken, and beef, your body gets most protein from things like this. Protein fills you up and helps your muscles grow.

I believe taking diet pills wouldn’t be the most appropriate way to lose weight.
What you really want to do is to eat a varied diet of EVERYTHING and limit sodas, refined breads (white breads), candy (a good substitute would be dried cherries but make sure you read the portion size!), and bad fats (like butter or margarine).
Avocado with every meal will keep you fuller longer plus it has good fat ^^ (as well as olive oil)
Try to keep your portion sizes small and remember, it’s okay to indulge yourself once in awhile (preferably in the morning).
Read food labels too, you’ll be surprised at how small portion sizes are.
And keep a food diary ^^ if you write down what you eat everyday then you can see what foods you need to put in your diet and what you need to limit.
I always find recording my weight and measurements at the beginning and end of every month helps me be more motivated as i exercise.
I like your idea on exercise, just make sure you take a day of rest and drink tons of water.
Btw, don’t worry if you start gaining weight when you start to exercise, it’s completely normal it just means you’re building muscle. just start relying more on your^^ measurements and how well you feel

The other people are right in that the diet pills won’t really do much for you, and you don’t want to eat lightly either if you’re taking some kinds of diet pills. I guess it also depends on the diet pill you’re taking, but that’s a different story.

I know some people that were taking MZT I believe, but they also made sure to drink lots of water, eat sensibly including meats and some starches (though not overdoing it of course based on what starches can do to you), and fruits and veggies. Another key is to eat smaller portions consistently throughout the day to keep your metabolism balanced.

The workouts you’re doing are fine, and the running should definitely help. But be careful on the diet pills. You should be okay if you just eat moderately, and eat the right foods that can help you burn rather than impact you. The exercise is going to definitely help the most. But coupled with the right foods, you should be okay.

You can also look into The Diet Solution ebook guides, which may help you with the right foods that will bring the best benefits to you in terms of burning fat to lose weight, and that will also taste good (some people suffer eating horrible food just to lose weight, sadly).

Best of luck to you. I know it was a bit of a challenge for me to lose some weight, but every little bit you lose definitely shows you’re in the right direction!

    Hi there,

I was in the same boat as you a year back.
I struggled with losing weight and I was ready to give up! I’m here to

they really helped me understand that the key to really losing those last
pounds are switching up your diet COMPLETELY! Actually eating MORE on certain days, instead of less.
