Hey guys! It’s What I Ate Wednesday! 🙂 Sorry I didn’t show my dessert…we were too lazy watching TV and eating to pick up the camera and film, ha ha ha! I will try and do a dinners/lunches of the week video soon. It just takes a little more planning 🙂 xoxo

    She probably eats a lot more than what she shows on camera. I don’t mean to say she’s eating another full meal that she could show us but is embarrassed to, I’m just saying that she probably pulls something out of the fridge or eats something that’s out that she doesn’t want to film before she eats it. She? might also get up and make herself seconds. She might just show us the overall view of the meal she’s eating and have that be it instead of showing us the same thing again later.

    youre a dumbass, sorry, it’s true. Don’t hate on her and let her eat the way she? wants, she’s eating plenty! I’m about the same size as her (although not pregnant) and some days, 1000 calories is too much for me, especially when i’ve been drinking a lot of water.

    You assume she? eats like this everyday. I’m sure she has random high calorie meals or eats out on other days within the week, so in the end it all balances out. Most people don’t strictly keep their calorie intake the same every day. :/

    I had been fat to the point where it was dangerous to my health. I’ve used many diets, even one like this, and they all sucked. They were too difficult and left me feeling malnourished with no energy. After searching one day I found one that appeared good and tried it out.     her diet is spot on, very healthy full? of protein and good fats. people who are writing she doesnt eat enough must just shove processed and fatty foods down their throats.

    Btw diet can also mean what someone eats not loosing weight. A pregnant woman only needs? an additional 300 cals per day. Just is she’s pregnant doesn’t mean she needs to literally eat for two or eat junk. Maybe she’s eating less than what other pregnant women eat but she seems like she’s giving her baby alot of nutrients which is far more important than the amount she eats.

    umm,i think u need to know? a bit more about NUTRITION..when u’re pregnant u only need 300 more calorie,that’s all..but after giving birth is,when u need to eat more..
