    Before ever citing …
Before ever citing the china study go read the dozens of papers written by statisticians which proves he cherry picked data and his methods were inaccurate. And several more studies have shown sugar is the primary driver? of tumor cell growth.

    Denise Minger’s ” …
Denise Minger’s “takedowns” of The China Study and Forks Over Knives have been debunked by PrimitiveNutrition and Healthy Longevity. You should Google this: “Forks Over Knives and Healthy Longevity: Perhaps the Science is Legit After All”

“Veganism is a Religion? that worships animals”

So tedious. Have anything intelligent to bring to the table?

    So, what will You …
So, what will You look like when you’re 61? Just because some people can eat Oreos and drink Coke and still look good because they are young, does that mean it’s healthy long term?? It’s easy to criticize older people when you yourself are still young. Oh, and meat and eggs don’t cause constipation. Eating processed wheat and soy based foods do.

    Go to “30 bananas a …
Go to “30 bananas a day sucks!” and get educated about how fruitarianism fails for so many people. I’ve read 80/10/10 and TCS.? Both books are awful! I expect nonsense from a charlatan like Doug Graham. TC Campbell, however, should know better. The great thing about the internet is that anyone can read the rebuttals to vegan propaganda, like Denise Minger’s excellent take down of TCS and Forks Over Knives. Veganism is a Religion that worships animals.

    Like the rest of …
Like the rest of the nonsense, they claim the diet is the ‘original diet’, and yet a few talking heads claim to have been “involved from the very beginning with this”. That’s one old dude! Oh how I wish I could live like those who were 4 ft tall and lived,? if lucky, to the ripe old age of 25 whose entire existence was preoccupied w/ mere survival!
& then contrast the ‘belief’ with the vetted research & clinical studies of folks such as Caldwell Esselstyn. People belief what they want to believe.

    I knew diet was …
I knew diet was related to? acne over 20 years ago. Many in the alternative health movement knew that turning away from processed foods and getting back to a natural diet would solve most if not all diseases. Much evidence suggests that eating meat contributes to cancer and heart disease. The less of it you eat the less your chance of cancer and heart disease.
