What diet works the fastest in the shortest period of time?

its best if there was a diet to lose 5kg a week. about 10 pounds. thanks. if there isn’t, please give me the nearest diet. and don’t tell me about healthy diet, etc.. i know.

the starvation diet and 5kg is unlikely. if you stopped eating and only drank water for 7 days then you still wouldn’t lose 5kg. Sorry.

    5kg a week? Chop off a limb is the only way in a week lol, just eat 500 calories a day and exercise a lot, yu will see improvements soon 🙂

    It’s tough to lose weight fast. My friend has been in the same situation as you and nothing worked for her until she came across the diet solution program. She’s been having great success with it. Maybe this is something which could be right for you.

    count calories!! 1200-1600 calories if you’re a girl and 2000-2500 if you’re a guy. NO carbs! 5 SMALL meals throughout the day, instead of the 3 usual ones. each "meal" should have a little bit of protein in it (protein speeds up metabolism), but don’t forget, even protein and fruit, vegetables, etc.. have calories – so count your calories!

    Hi wongh,

    I can understand how difficult it is to lose weight as I struggled with this myself.
    Nothing seemed to work well for the long run and I tried them all. Then a friend
    found a website that discussed a new method so I tried it and loved it. Maybe this is
    something which could be right for you,too.
