Any Words of encouragement for sticking to my diet?
I’m planning to start my strict diet tomorrow. I really suck at dieting. but really want to lose this last stubborn 20 pounds of baby weight. and working out just isn’t doing it. so i need to diet hard core. any words of encouragement or good tips for fighting off food cravings and sticking to my diet this time?
munching on low calorie snacks in moderation can help fight off cravings, like nuts or small dried fruits–not sugared, etc. Or trying to fill up on water.
It’s important not to get discouraged if you happen to cheat on a diet. Don’t let it get you down to the point where you’re so frustrated that you don’t want to do it anymore. Just pick right up where you left off, if you miss a day 🙂

you dont need to starve yourself if that is what you are planning, plus doing that wont help anyway. You need to eat healthier foods. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, you should eat 5 meals but smaller portions. Also you need to work out everyday. Good luck
