Can just dieting and exercise can reduce weight ? Or should i take other care too?

    Diet and exercise are the only things for losing weight. 🙂
    No more is needed. However, and this really belongs to diet if one wants to be semantic… but drinking green tea and coffee increases fat burning and metabolism. It’s something passive one can do which burns fat and don’t require any effort.
