How do you lose weight without dieting?
Its true that diets don’t work. I’ve been on many diets, none being successful. Is it possible to lose a significant amount of weight without dieting?

Work out and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and try not to eat sugar and fat foods.

don’t take any of these mystery pills that make you loose weight, do you know what they do, do you know how they work. All they do, if make your heart beat 4-5 times faster than normal, faster than if you were to go for a run, it makes your heart beat like a humming bird, and this is where the extra calories are burned. but all this is very bad for your heart, i know people who literally are now taking medication cause they’ve damaged their heart, eating these stupid pills. if you want to loose weight, eat less, move more.

I have lost over 150 lbs. And you are correct, you cannot diet to lose the weight. You have to eat a certain way and incorporate exercise into your daily life. Don’t sit, stand. If you can stand, then do not sit. The golden rule is to choose a position that is less comfortable. Don’t lie down, sit. The rule that we mentioned above rings true here as well.
