For a beginner, start off by gradually going into change. Cut out soda, sweets, and if you can help it excess salt. Lean chicken breasts, green veggies, sweet potatoes, things of that nature are good foods to eat. Just research how many calories you need in a day BASED ON YOU and make a meal plan around that. It is a little confusing and repetitive at the beginning but stick with it and you’ll get great results!
Now to actually answer the question. Breakfast: egg whites, oatmeal, possibly protein shake.
Lunch: if you aren’t on a budget then chicken breast, steak, or fish and veggies and brown rice or any whole carb source..
Dinner: basically same lunch.
Snacks: bars, protein shakes, etc etc
Don’t the meal plan hold you down, always keep it fresh and spice things up!
