With exercising and healthy eating, do dieting pills really work to help lose weight?

December 22nd, 2011 Leave a comment Go to comments

I am a member of a gym and I work out regularly, and I do eat healthy. But I feel like I’m not losing weight very fast. I know it takes time to see results, but I want to know if dieting pills (like quick trim or something over the counter like that) will help me lose weight faster? And if so, what brands would you recommend?

Thank you!

Excess weight or obesity is by far the number one health concern in this country.
Sixty percent of Americans are either overweight or obese, including over 20 percent of teenagers.
All are at risk for serious physical and emotional health problems. How do you think about my tips

    Hi Emily,
I’ve not tried the pills myself but what I know is you also have to exercise even you take diet pills. Search the internet for more information.

A kinder, more effective approach to weight loss is slow and steady. If you drastically reduce your weight in a week or a month, your body is going to go into survival mode – causing you to eventually retain more weight. That is an unhealthy and ineffective cycle.

Rather than the fastest way to lose weight fast, concentrate on proven techniques to lose weight and keep it off. They include a proper diet and adequate exercise so that your calorie consumption is less than your calorie usage each day.
