Would I gain weight if i start eating normally after dieting?

So I’ve been doing an hour exercise each day and dieting, after I lose the desired amount of weight I want would I gain weight if I start eating normally again? btw I’ll still do 30 minutes exercise each day after dieting.
By eating normally I don’t mean eating unhealthy food like pizza, burgers, fries etc but just eating in normal portions instead of dieting.

Hey, this depends to some extent on how much you have been eating on your diet.

If you have been eating under 1200 calories a day then it is very likely that you will gain the weight back, as cutting your calories this low will have slowed your metabolism.

However if you have been eating 1200-1600 calories (or above), then you have probably managed to keep your metabolism up in which case you will not gain weight if you start eating a bit more.

It is a good idea to increase your calories gradually, maybe by 100 cals a week. This should help you to keep the weight off.

Depends on what you plan on eating and what is "eating normally" for you. If you don’t eat healthy food and start eating pizza and burgers and all the food that got you to the weight you were before then yes you will gain it all back. Trust me

Depends on how your diet was , if you lost weight Fast you gain it even faster. But now if you were on a healthy diet Your metabolism is about 10 times faster you’re healthier and eating alittle bit junk food wont hurt. everything is bad for you when you eat too much. even water. it has 0 calories but if you drink too much You vomit! So you can eat what you want. But you should eat a little bit out of junk food and stuff like that (: and 30 minutes excersice is just perfect.

If you eat at your maintenance level (calculate here:http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/), which is just your daily needs, you will not gain weight. However, if you eat above this, you will definitely start gaining the weight back.

I’m not too sure about this, but perhaps you might gain a little initially due to a lower metabolism from dieting. I did gain a little weight when I switched to normal eating some time ago so I would suggest you increase your food portions little by little to get your body to adapt to your normal amount of food again (:
