What are the best diets to loss 130 pounds in somewhere around 6 months?

I know this sounds crazy I’m not looking for you to tell me its impossible,or that I need more to to do this. What I am asking is diets that maybe you yourself has used and worked. I will be enlisting in the Navy in around six months and I saw that the maximum weight for someone 5’7 is 127 pounds (correct me if I’m wrong) So please please please help me out here!!!!

I think its possible , might be you take double time but its possible to lose such weight. You might try to lose your weight fast but not advice able as that can cause negative affect on your body. The best way to control your weight is to control it using your diet and exercise. Diet pills are not the good option. You had to make a proper plan about you diet and exercise and follow it strictly for this consult some expert so he can suggest you better depending upon the needs of your body.

    You are looking to lose around 22lbs a month, that is nearly three times the recommended healthy weight loss for any person… you should probably seriously reconsider your goals. I’m not trying to put you off of losing the weight, but I’m saying you should do it in a healthy way that respects and not destroys your body. I’m also not telling you it is impossible, but you would probably have to spend upwards of 5 hours ina gym every day, and eat an extremely healthy diet.
