What is an good and trustworthy acai berry diet?
I want to know the diets or acai products that actually are safe and effective and good for the long run. Thanks!
This whole acai berry thing is a scam.
Acai berries are high in antioxidants.
A diet high in antioxidant foods can increase your metabolism.
An increase in metabolism can burn more calories.
More calories burned can result in weight loss.
Acai berries cause weight loss!
That is the big "stretch" these con artists are selling.
Acai berries don’t have any more antioxidants in them than blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries. At 10 times the price because they are "exotic".
The "cleanse" pills that usually come with them contain nothing more than psyllium husk powder to help you poop more. There is no such thing as a "fat burner ". Burning more calories than you consume is the only fat burner.
None of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
The same "stretch of the imagination" applies to green tea capsules, maquiberry, hoodia, moyoberry, gojiberry, fruta planta, hoodia, and african mango seed extract pills out there.
Spending the same $2 to $5 a day on this junk would pay for a great gym membership.
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
A healthy diet high in both soluble and insoluble fiber is the only safe way there is.
You can’t birdbrain yourself with a diet like the Acai Berry one. Many people have attempted this diet and although it may be a sure fire way to lose an astounding amount of weight briskly. It isn’t the most invigorating advent, even a Sunday driver could tell you this. As an amateur wrestler, I’m constrained to maintain a healthy weight, diet, and work out regiment. I strongly recommend breaking ties with any Acai product diet. The only types of people who should bid with this product is MMA athletes, who openly admit their poor approaches with losing weight, the weight loss however is temporary.
Regardless, like I disclosed above, I’m an amateur wrestler and work hard for my body, cardio, and strength. We have nutritionists at my gym, who are very loyal to everyone here and they have been around since my old Wrestling School, "Iron" Mike Sharpe’s closed down years ago. They have devised diets specifically for us that are "safe and effective and good for the long run".
If you so aspired, I’d be more than willing to share our diets with you.
