Avocado Lettuce and Tomato Organic Wrap – Healthy eating

December 12th, 2012 Leave a comment Go to comments

I Changed my diet to a more organic food based healthier eating plan in Jan 2012, and all it took me was to read the food labels, do a bit of research, took sound health advise from a wonderful friend & partner, and to I learned where I need to go Shop for groceries (At Organic Grocery Stores).

Shopping at stores like Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and any Organic farmers food markets, health food stores selling organic brands will help you a great deal & your nutrition today. Many supermarkets also now have organic brands to choose from, so look for them using the food labels.

If your looking to do the same just try to select the organic brands of food items, as opposed to the artificial inorganic or processed brands.

Then learn to balance out your menu of items to eat as well in terms of organic, beans, berries, grains, fruits, vegetables, meats, and loads more. This all plays a huge role in achieving a healthier life, better vitality and liveliness today.

Note: I apologize for the error on the number of calories, its 30, and not 300 as I stated in the video. I’m still learning how to make these sort of videos, and we only human right! (Imperfect) I also purchased the Tortilla Wrap from a health food store, (yikes!) & not from Trader Joes. (I need to write this stuff all out before creating the video hehe!)
