@0:17 – Hey Vince. What is the best way to eat right while with your family during the holidays? Especially when your family isn’t cooking or baking healthy foods? Thanks

@1:53 – Hey Vince! I’m 5’8″ 160 pounds looking to keep some light cardio while bulking (2 times a week). Do you recommend doing the interval cardio before or after the workout? And does it count for your recommended 40-60 minutes that we should be in the gym? Or does that 40-60 minutes of weight training start after/before we do the cardio? Thanks!

@2:54 – Hey Vince! I’m 20, 71 KG and currently bulking. 1 of my calf is 1 inch smaller than the other. Any solutions to this? Thanks!

@3:28 – Do you think doing low intensity cardio after high intensity cardio session is beneficial as I read that low intensity will erase the fatty acids running in your bloodstream from the high intensity cardio you just did?

@4:46 – What about hybrid training..not just bodybuilding a little bit of everything strength training, power training, cross training.

@6:33 – Hi Vince, I have been training for approximately 1 year and have made some moderate gains of about 20lbs of muscle (although being super skinny starting out). I have recently purchased the supplement beta alanine as I have read some good articles that it can aid building especially when used along side BCAA? What are your thoughts on this products and how would I go about taking it? Presently I am going by the packet and doing 1.5 grams four times a day. Cheers. Keep up the good videos!

@9:16 – How long should a cutting program last? I’m 20% body fat and want to get to 8%. How long should this take? Is more than 4 months too long to cut the fat? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Squeeze them like …
Squeeze them like they owe you money. Hold the contraction for 2-5 seconds at the top. Yes it is possible at least at first,? but like anything else…you need a progressive overload in someway or another.

    Training like a …
Training like a male will definitely increase muscle size a bit (but since you’re a woman you dont have to worry about looking like a man :p ) but if you wanna drop your body fat i? suggest you do more circuit based exercises like Flavia shows. Just my opinion.

    all i’m trying to …
all i’m trying to say is that lactic acid is not responsible? for all the bad things that fitness gurus, coachs, athletes, etc. tend to say. It does not make your blood more acidic and certainly not responsible for muscular fatigue and absolutely not responsible for soreness lol. It is actually a fuel source for muscles. Trust me I’m a biochemist and a kinesiologist.

it means 2 seconds pushing or pulling the weight, 2 seconds holding it at the peak? of the exercise, 4 seconds on the way down

    Be careful what you …
Be careful what you read mate. Lactic acid IS formed during anaerobic respiration. During anaerobic respiration pyruvate is converted to latctic acid in mammals. Lactate is the conjugate base of lactic acid. Its like chloride is the conjugate base of? HCl. When ever an acid is formed it gives out the H+ ion and also a conjugate base. The H+ is responsible for the acidity itself. Saying lactate isnt acidic is like HCl isnt acid cuz chloride is formed. Trust me im a chemist.

    I’m not going to …
I’m not going to argue with you as you can simply google “lactic acid myth”. All I’m going to? say is that there is a huge misconception towards lactic acid as it does not accumulate into the blood. During intense exercises there is an accumulation of pyruvate that is converted into lactate (not lactic acid) and that is not acidic. It is actually a fuel source for muscle tissues. I cant believe you got honors in kinesiology and none of your teachers taught you that, its the 1st thing Ive learned
