    @BodyPerformanceTV steve if you lose 50 pounds of fat on a low carb diet did you also lose 50 pounds of muscle, You said on one of your blog radio shows that the ratio of fat to muscle lost on a low carb diet is 1:1 so could you clarify this more for me?

    LOL!! these videos just made me feel stupid!! combine level 2 and level 1 of both these videos together! and it is literally !! POWER90! and i should know! I bought power 90 back in 2008… oh well!! live and learn! good going steve!!

    Because P90x is a LOT MORE intense than this. I did p90x for 4 months and it was without a doubt one of the hardest things I have ever done. I have since joined the gym and tend to stick to low reps with longer breaks. P90x will get you into great shape though provided that you give it your all. Unless your in great shape the workouts will leave you very sore and in a pool of sweat as long as you try your best to keep up.

    it means do all the exercises without rest, then after you do the crunches. rest, and repeat 2-4 more times

    sorry new to this – in terms of 3-5 circuits – does this mean each time we do these exercises, we repeat the circuit 3-5 times (ie per day??)

    These part 1 and part will do great if you just want to keep in shape plus your cardio of your choice. Why pay $140 for P90X. Think about it.

    5kg ? LOL dude , get around 10-16 kg thats what i usually do , sometimes to make push ups harder i put 15kg on my neck , think it would hurt but not for me quite good .

    Yeah your sister’s in great shape. She probably get it’s from her brother. Steve, you should definitely put your posing picture before every video. So that every single person knows “this dude’s huge, and knows EXACTLY what he’s talking about.” You guys got great discipline.
