how can I stick to my Healthy eating diet?
I’ve been on a diet on and off for the past 3 years sometimes I’ll drink pop and other times water , sometimes I’ll have salad and other times I’ll eat fast food . how can I stick to my salad and water only / healthy eating and work out habits ?
Just make the change and stick to it! There is nothing we can tell you that will make you change… it’s your choice. However it seems like you are making the common mistake of only thinking about calories and not taking nutrition into account. Soda and fast food have no nutritional value, they make you even more hungry because of this… your body needs nutrients so you brain is slowly re-programed to want more of this junk. Drink no less than 48-60oz of water a day, you can also drink green tea, and maybe a serving of 100% fruit juice 2-3 times a week. Substitute the fast food with something that is filling and healthy like a chicken sandwich with whole wheat bread, and the salad with minimal dressing as a side. Don’t starve yourself.
Since when is salad + water only healthy. Maybe while "eating healthy" you are under eating which can only kick off a binge.
When dieting correctly for fat loss you should go to bed FULL each night. If you’re not then you have to re evaluate your diet plan. Something is amiss.
