I’m looking for a good work out program/plan and possibly a healthy diet plan?

I used to go running a lot, but it’s been a couple of months. I want to get back into shape, but I don’t want to run because I don’t want my legs to gain any more muscle. I really wanna focus on my arms, butt, and abs. Also, I’m a pescatarian, but sometimes still have trouble eating healthy. A diet would be nice too. Thank you!

    Try the south beach diet. There’s this great abs workout free video on itunes I just downloaded but I forgot the name. If you have itunes try searching for "Free Abs Fitness Workout"
