Looking to lose eight pounds in one month?
I’d like some tips on healthy eating and exercise. I am an athletic person and find myself to be a bit bulky and would like to slim down. I normally do 45 minutes of cardio per day and do not eat red meats/sodas/anything fried, so my diet is not necessarily the biggest problem. I’m looking to do this the most healthiest way possible, no crash dieting tips please. Thanks!

try swimming! and do eat meat, u just have to remove the fat and grill it. also grapefruit juice burns fat . but i think 8 pounds in 1 month is a little drastic, try around 6-7.
