    I never been there yet, but i will go soon, one of my resolutions is be vegetarian(then vegan)? and now, i’m enjoyed the healthy life, many fruits and vegetables. Have fun in my country

    I don’t like it. Honestly beeing vegan or vegetarien is more than these pure vegetables on the? plate. This is a nutrious but very simple plate.

    it was some kind of Peruvian sauce that they altered to make with brazil nut cream? instead of dairy – so could be that!

    I am from Peru( …
    I am from Peru(although I currently live in NJ). I am glad you visited my country. To be honest, I don’t think I’ve eaten that many vegetarian Peruvian dishes. At first? I thought that yellow sauce was “huancaina sauce” but it can’t be since it uses cheese as far as I know, unless there’s a way to do it without dairy ingredients!
