Possible to healthily lose 2 pounds in about 10 days?
Is it a realistic goal?
In general I exercise often and watch what I eat,but I really want to lose at least two pounds of fat in these ten days.I am thinking I should be stricter with my healthy eating and exercise programme; 1400-1500 calories a day maximun and as much daily exercise as I can.
Of course , since doctors actually recomend losing 1-2L BS a week
And yes 1400 -1500 is pretty good , just make sure you don’t over due it in working out. I eat 1400 and burn 700 at the gym an I’ve already lost 1 lb in 3 days 🙂

Try cutting out all sugars completely for those 10 days. I mean even the natural sugars in fruits. You’ll realize how much of a difference it makes.
