    throw your junk …
    throw your junk food is probably the first step to get in shape. once you get rid of it, you will start a new life. I been there.

    so…if i drink already 4L of water daily..times 2..that’s 8L? Am i gonna die? haha

    p.s. Banana is about 80-100 Kcal. probably the most caloric fruit
